We purchased our rug from Amir’s Rug Gallery and we absolutely love it!  Amir was so helpful and patient and made the whole experience really enjoyable.  He and Sean took the time to help us find something that was just right for our home and we never felt pressured at all. I found Amir not through a personal recommendation, but simply from his excellent reviews online. I rarely contact someone for a service without a recommendation from someone I know, but in this case, no one I asked had any suggestions and I’m glad I took the chance. From my very first call, Amir was professional, articulate, knowledgeable, and thorough. I sent him a photo showing the damaged area of my rug with the label of the product specifications, and he was immediately able to explain the different repair options and what he would recommend. What impressed me most was his honesty. For one of the options, he actually suggested that I repair it myself with a glue gun rather than pay him to do it. He carefully explained how I could do the repair and save the money. He even offered to make a complimentary visit to my home and take a look. As for the cleaning, the results were immaculate. It is rare to find someone who combines this level of professionalism, expertise, honesty, and genuine customer service. Amir is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to identify and share details about my rugs, and offered to help inform future purchases, as he is able to tell a lot about a rug from just a photo! He is extremely knowledgeable and gave good advise, he took the rug away for cleaning and delivered it back today looking as good as new just in time for Christmas. This is the second time I have dealt with Amir’s Rug Gallery. As before I was a happy customer. They cleaned two rugs. One rug approximately 70 years old. I trust and respect their advice. The service was wonderful. They picked up and dropped off both rugs. I am very pleased with how they look. I will use them again. That is the best reference you could give.
